The problem

InsureTech Plus was processing auto claims manually, taking 12 days on average. Customers were frustrated, and adjusters were overwhelmed. They wanted to speed up simple claims while maintaining accuracy on complex ones.

What we built

We built an AI system that analyzes damage photos, estimates repair costs, and detects potential fraud. Simple claims under $3,000 with low fraud risk are approved instantly. Complex claims are routed to adjusters with AI-generated summaries and cost estimates.

Average claim processing time dropped from 12 days to 2.3 days. 45% of claims are now processed automatically. Adjuster productivity improved 3x because they focus only on complex cases. Customer satisfaction scores increased from 68% to 91%.
